a|Listed without a redshift as H36485_1317 in Cohen et al. (2000, Cat. <J/ApJ/538/29>). Redshift
a|identification tentative; weak detection.
b|Redshift identification tentative. Weak detection consistent with [O II] {lambda}3727
b|interpretation of solo line; possible detection of very faint additional lines is roughly
b|consistent with [O III] {lambda}5007 interpretation.
c|Redshift identification tentative. Weak detection. Object colors (see W96, Williams et al., 1996,
c|Cat. <J/AJ/112/1335>) are not consistent with Ly{alpha} interpretation of solo line; [O II]
c|{lambda}3727 interpretation suggests presence of [O III] {lambda}5007 at {lambda}_obs_=7415{AA}
c|which is not detected; [O III] {lambda}5007 interpretation suggests presence of H{alpha} at
c|{lambda}_obs_=7232{PAA}, which may be very weakly detected.
d|Listed as NICMOS No. 850 with zphot=2.40 in Dickinson et al. (2000ApJ...531..624D).
e|The data given are for 4-948.1111, a daughter object likely to be a part of the system formed by
e|4-948.2, 4-948.11, 4-948.111, 4-948.112, 4-948.1112, 4-948.11111, and 4-948.11112. This system is
e|distinct from that formed by 4-948.0, 4-948.1, and 4-948.12, which has a redshift of z=0.585
e|(Phillips et al., 1997ApJ...489..543P; Cohen et al. 2000, Cat. <J/ApJ/538/29>).
g|Indicated galaxy falls outside of the Hawaii 2.2 m I-band image of Barger et al.
g|(1999AJ....117..102B); the identification was made in our own 70 minute R-band image obtained
g|with ESI (where possible); I_AB_ magnitudes are not available.
h|Optical ID for X-ray source CXOHDFN J123635.6+621424 (Hornschemeier et al., 2001, Cat.
h|<J/ApJ/554/742>). See Section 5.4 of the paper.
i|Redshift identification tentative. See discussion of SC 3 in Section 3.2 of the paper
