We will obtain a full SWS spectrum of object C in the highly reddened ARA cluster. This object is a B[e] candidate, and definitely exhibits evidence of extreme dust opacity (both high temperature: 5 um dust emission, and low temperature: 9.6 um absorption.) The presence of this object in a young cluster will help to establish the evolutionary status of this spectral type. Several of the other stars in the cluster show infrared excesses due to circumstellar shells, but are of the more mundane OB & M supergiant types. We want to take advantage of the photometric indices that can be constructed with the CAM filters to further diagnose the stellar population and dust characteristics of this unique association.
