This proposal is a part of the LNORDH_SURVEY program, which was granted new CP time in june 1997. This part deals with the 60 micron PHT measurements of the CHAM I region, located in a sky beam which runs out of ISO visibility on November 4 1997, and thus needs to be scheduled urgently.
